Schedule
We have sessions six days per week and members are welcome at all sessions. Each session is an hour long and begins with group mobility and activation five minutes before the scheduled time. After your body is primed, you will work through your custom program that is printed out for you to track your workouts. Each custom program is four weeks long and specifically designed for the number of sessions per week you plan to attend. After each four-week cycle, you will receive a new program to continue your progression.
