Pain Management

For the past 10 years, I’ve suffered from chronic lower back pain due to multiple degenerative and herniated (L3-L4 14mm) discs. Surgery was recommended, but my 20 years of experience in the medical field led me to look for alternatives. I’ve tried pain injections, physical therapy, acupuncture, Active Isolated Stretching, sports massages, and anything else I could find. All provided relief, but it wasn’t until I found Chris Lockhart and Clockwork Performance that I actually found a SOLUTION. Within 10 sessions, Chris was able to identify my core issues, correct my movement patterns, and strengthen my foundation. He has also provided me with a personalized workout program and a long-term plan to maximize physical strength and longevity. After over a decade of searching, I finally feel like I have the tools that I need to avoid surgery, stay out of pain, and keep active and healthy for years to come.

I started going to clockwork because of my herniated disc. I’ve had steroid shots, ablations, and went to physical therapy but nothing worked. My next step was surgery. I started private training in November. By the end of month, I was pain-free and off the pain medication. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about everyone’s health and well-being. I highly suggest Clockwork Performance. There’s no other gym and trainer like Chris Lockhart!!

I started working with Chris three months after knee surgery. My goal was to get mobility and be able to dance and run and get back to doing things I enjoyed. Its been six months at clockwork and I am finally starting to feel like myself again! I can run and jump and you wouldnt even know I had major surgery if it werent for the scar on my leg! I am so thankful to Chris, Jared, and the community at clockwork for encouraging me!

Chris is the man! I’ve got a herniated L5S1 that has been ruining my life, but Chris is helping me through it. I’ve tried a lot of things: dry needling, physical therapy, chiro, umbilical cord stem cells, peptides. I was also doing a lot of knees-over-toes exercises which helped, but having Chris personally guide me through workouts has given the best results.
Before working with Chris I was making slow progress, but I would constantly have flare-ups that left me locked up for days. Since working with Chris those flare-ups have become rare and when they do happen they are much milder. Highly recommend Clockwork!

I came to Clockwork a year into a very poor recovery from ACL and Meniscus surgery. Under Chris's direction, my strength and mobility improved exponentially in a matter of months. I've gone from believing I'd live the rest of my life with decreased mobility, swelling, and pain to running, jumping, lifting, and performing movements with strength and mobility far greater than I had prior to my injury. Their knowledge and expertise have greatly improved my quality of life. I highly recommend Clockwork whether you're in a position like mine, an experienced athlete or just looking for a great place to work out.
