Clockwork Performance is a functional strength training gym. We train clients ranging from professional athletes to everyday 9-5 employees to individuals recovering from major injuries. If you're looking to get stronger, faster, healthier, more athletic, more free from pain, and build a more resilient body, you've come to the right place.

Philosophy

Throughout years of strength training study and implementation, we've built a unique gym that offers what others can't. In our system, we merge traditional strength training, prehab, rehab, mobility and conditioning to help you become a better version of yourself.

Brick by Brick

We believe everyone can achieve their goals through hard work. Once you join, you will receive a custom program made just for you based on your initial assessment with one of our coaches. Tracking each workout and progress across workouts is an important part of our system. Follow your programs under our guidance and coaching, and watch the progress add up brick by brick.

Chris Lockhart

Owner | Founder | Head Coach

"I started Clockwork Performance because my main objective has always been to help as many people as I can through what has been my passion since I was 14 years old. I wanted to create a facility for individuals to achieve their athletic goals while focusing on correcting and preventing deficiencies and aiding development. When I found my love of jiu jitsu and combat sports in 2014, I was driven to adopt a "train smarter, not harder" attitude, and that's what I strive to bring to my clients."

Jared Fryoux

Assistant Coach

"I have been in the fitness industry for a decade as a personal trainer, martial arts instructor, and athlete. As a professional athlete, I knew I needed to optimize my training regimen so I can perform at an elite level. That's when I started training at Clockwork Performance and soon after became a coach. My goal at Clockwork is to assist our members by providing a learning experience that aids in injury prevention both inside as well as outside of the gym. At Clockwork, our members become family and we want to see our family thrive."
